The 2026 Assembly of Employee Representatives Successfully Held

On February 6, 2026, the Fifth Session of the Sixth Assembly of Employee Representatives (Members) was solemnly and enthusiastically held in the Company’s canteen. Those attended were the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Zhoushi Town, as well as the General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and other management personnel of the Company. The assembly should have 60 representatives to attend, with 56 actually presented, meeting the statutory quorum requirement.

The assembly first heard the GM Akino report on the 2025 Status of Operation and Production Safety as well as the policy objectives and targets for the year of 2026. Subsequently, attendees heard the 2025 Trade Union Work Summary, the 2026 Trade Union Work Plan, and the Year-End Bonus Distribution, which were all delivered by QI Fengzhu, the Corporate Trade Union Chairperson. Next, the Corporate Trade Union Committee Member ZHU Xiaofang presented reports on the “Implementation of the Collective Agreement” and the Utilization of the Mutual Aid Fund in 2025. Additionally, three outstanding employees who submitted contributions in 2025 were commended. Finally, GU Pengxiong, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Zhoushi Town, delivered a speech, in which he first congratulated Starlite on convening this assembly and affirmed the work of the trade union. Besides, he put forward three hopes: to strengthen ideological and political guidance for the enterprise employees, to closely focus on the Company's central tasks, and to continue playing a bridging and connecting role.

Over the past year, facing a complex and volatile market environment, the entire company united as one in a bid to overcome difficulties. Although the objectives were not completely realized, certain accomplishments were made. The successful convening of this assembly stands as a significant manifestation of the Company’s deepening of its democratic management and unifying consensus for development. The assembly called on all the employees to take this meeting as a new starting point, so as to strengthen confidence, forge ahead with determination, work diligently, strive to achieve all the objectives for 2026, for jointly creating an even brighter and more glorious tomorrow for Starlite!
